By creating an account or using ArkPicks, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The service

ArkPicks provides options-trading research and analytics tools for educational purposes.

Educational purposes only. Not financial advice. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on the plan you select; applicable refund terms are published separately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

SMS Program Terms (“ArkText”)

ArkText is an optional SMS alert program operated by Build The Ark Co. It sends recurring automated informational alerts to subscribers when a stock they have selected reaches an oversold technical signal (14-period RSI below 30). These are account/informational alerts, not third-party marketing.

Opt-in: sign in at app.arkpicks.com, open your Watchlist, and check the “Texts” box (unchecked by default) next to each stock you want alerts for. This is your affirmative consent to receive alerts at the mobile number on your account.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help, or email admin@arkpicks.com. You can also clear the “Texts” boxes on your Watchlist.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build The Ark Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
