This Privacy Policy explains what information ArkPicks (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. ArkPicks is an educational options-research application.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and authentication details.
  • Product data: your watchlists, the stocks you select, and app preferences.
  • Mobile phone number: collected only for members who opt into our SMS alert program (“ArkText”), and associated with your account.
  • Billing information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, deliver the features and alerts you request, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share limited data with vendors who process it on our behalf, as our subcontractors, solely to operate the service and only under confidentiality obligations — they may not use it for their own purposes. These include Supabase (authentication and data hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), and market-data and AI providers used to power app features. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS / Mobile Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data-sharing described above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties or affiliates.

We share your mobile number only with our messaging service provider, Twilio, acting as our subcontractor, solely to deliver the ArkText SMS alerts you opted into, and only as required by law; Twilio is bound by confidentiality and may not use the data for its own purposes.

Categories of mobile data we collect for the ArkText program: your mobile phone number and your per-stock SMS opt-in/consent records. This data is used solely to send the recurring automated oversold (RSI below 30) stock alerts you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or clearing the “Texts” boxes on your Watchlist; reply HELP for help. Full program details are at app.arkpicks.com/sms.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may access or update your account information, opt out of SMS alerts at any time, and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
